Float or wade the private 1.5 mile frontage of the iconic Yellowstone River, the longest undamned river
in the country, flowing directly out of Yellowstone National Park. Or try some of the other
“blue-ribbon trout water” within a short drive.
Hike or mountain bike over 10 miles of single track trails or head out to the Crazy, Absaroka,
and Beartooth Mountains or Yellowstone National Park.
The ranch currently supports healthy populations of Hungarian Partridge and Sharptail Grouse and
will soon be ready for Pheasant.
Ride over 10 miles of trails and 8 miles of ranch roads. Space for boarding will be provided in a new,
eight stall equestrian facility.
A mile from home sites, the sporting clays course will feature multiple stations
and state-of-the-art equipment.
A wildlife biologist was brought in to help us avoid impacting wildlife corridors and strategically
locate wildlife viewing blinds.
Yellowstone Bend homeowners are preserving the land and local ranching history through a partnership with a
local sustainable cattle rancher grazing natural cattle on a portion of the ranch.
